We're seeking a skilled Venue Control Host to join our team at Freehouse Collective, formerly known as The Donnelly Group. As a Venue Control Host, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our staff and guests.
As a Venue Control Host, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests
- Monitoring and controlling access to the venue, including managing entry and exit points
- Responding to incidents and emergencies in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborating with our events team to ensure seamless event execution
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and has a strong commitment to safety and security. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical service and ensuring the smooth operation of our venues
- Managing conflicts and incidents in a professional and respectful manner
- Working collaboratively with our events team to deliver exceptional events
What We Offer:
