Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Host to join our team. As a Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, working with the host team to maximize service revenues, and serving as an ambassador for The Drake properties. If you are a team player with a passion for hospitality, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and check them in through our reservation system
  • Accommodate guests, reservations, and walk-ins in a strategic manner
  • Check in with guests and take additional orders or refill water as needed
  • Perform additional side work as assigned
Requirements
  • 1+ years of HOST experience in a similar, fast-paced environment
  • Professional, outgoing, and positive attitude - Well-spoken and excellent communication skills
  • Experience using reservation systems, OpenTable preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to multitask and time manage
  • Must have availability to work weekends
