Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Shoshana's Day Care. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders, including preparing and sending correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing materials.
- Financial Management: Assist with financial tasks, including preparing invoices, managing expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Human Resources: Provide support with human resources tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Language: English.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be willing to relocate and will not have relocation costs covered by the employer.
