Leasing Account Executive

As a Leasing Account Executive, your primary objective will be to surpass financial targets while enhancing departmental growth through outstanding customer service for clients seeking rental and leasing solutions. You will engage with potential customers, accurately assess their requirements, and align our offerings with their specific needs. This position is crucial in ensuring a successful leasing and rental process while fostering enduring customer relationships that can lead to further sales opportunities across various sectors. Key responsibilities include managing company expenses through efficient check-in/check-out protocols and related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing Responsibilities:

  • Execute the complete leasing sales cycle, from initiating contact with potential clients to finalizing agreements and drafting contracts.

Rental Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer rental inquiries, maintain unit availability records, and generate invoices.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the yard, liaise with other branches, and provide damage assessments to clients.

Additional responsibilities include managing after-hours communications and collaborating with service and finance departments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service and sales
  • 3+ years in the truck and trailer sector
  • Background in comprehensive commercial leasing sales
  • Knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and trailers
  • Valid Driver's License and personal vehicle required
  • Education in Sales or Business Administration is advantageous
  • Capability to identify new clients and promote additional products
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Demonstrates initiative and can work autonomously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
