About the Role

Nest Investments is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Leasing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our leasing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lease Administration: Ensure that all lease agreements are executed and administered in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Contract Management: Prepare and administer contracts for property services, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operating expenses and income.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular expense and income reports to management.
  • Communication: Liaise with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Work Environment: Work under pressure, attention to detail, client focus, and organized.
Work Environment
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
