HP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for positioning and selling HP Managed Print Services to a set of named Enterprise & Commercial accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Account Management
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly quota.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including executive-level contacts.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Account Planning and Management
    • Coordinate and own account plans for strategic enterprise and commercial accounts.
    • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including managed print services and partner enablement teams.
    • Develop and implement pipeline management practices to drive sales growth.
  • Solution Selling
    • Sell solutions that include hardware, software, and services to meet client needs.
    • Build and deploy territory account plans that include working with partners and specialists.
    • Implement margin recovery activities and strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Act as a first interface for international accounts, collaborating with global business teams and local teams.
    • Communicate effectively with senior-level contacts within HP and external clients and partners.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • University or Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Deep knowledge of basic enhanced products, solution, and service offerings, as well as competitors' offerings.
    • Account management experience required.
    • Experience in Managed Print Services.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Bilingual (English & French) an asset.
    • Ability to coordinate internal and external partners to deliver appropriate solution sales.
    • Consultative selling skills to proactively help customers with making IT business decisions.
    • Partner organization intelligence aligned with partner management skills.
