About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Maple Ridge Agency Inc. as an Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Administration Oversight: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including employee data management and benefits administration.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing department to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, aligning with our sales goals and objectives.
  • Organizational Policy Development: Establish and maintain organizational policies and procedures related to sales, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, negotiating sales contracts, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Project Management: Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments, ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed in their roles.
  • Project Coordination: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, ensuring timely completion and meeting of objectives.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff, enhancing their skills and knowledge to drive sales growth and excellence.Requirements
    • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, and other relevant software applications.
    • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines, and under pressure, while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Personal Suitability: Strong ability to multitask, accurate, team player, and effective time management skills.
    • Screening Questions: Willingness to relocate for this position, previous experience in the field, and highest level of study completed.
