Position Overview

  • Oversee a vibrant and fast-paced team delivering specialized healthcare to young patients
  • Organize and assess patient care in accordance with established practice standards
  • Engage in a thorough orientation program designed for nursing professionals
  • Enhance skills and knowledge in a supportive and inviting atmosphere

Work Schedule

Flexible shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Required Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse credential with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification or readiness to obtain within six (6) months
  • Proven expertise and proficiency in pediatric healthcare
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments for pediatric patients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership, delegation, and organizational capabilities
  • Dedication to continuous professional growth

Additional Considerations

Verification of complete COVID-19 vaccination is required prior to employment
