Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer, the Director, IT Platform Operations will work within an agile development process, collaborating across the IT and business functions to iteratively implement strategic IT deliverables. This role is responsible for defining, overseeing, and executing IT initiatives that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy IT solutions that meet business needs.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of IT platforms, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and meet business requirements.
  • Lead and manage IT teams, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate IT risks, ensuring business continuity and minimizing downtime.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT leadership and management, with a strong background in agile development and IT operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate IT risks.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
