Position Overview

The Operations Director at SEA WEB WORKS will play a pivotal role in steering the organization towards its strategic goals. This position requires a dynamic leader capable of managing resources effectively and fostering a productive work environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the allocation of material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Set objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs.
  • Act as the representative of the organization in negotiations and official functions, or appoint delegates as necessary.
  • Recruit and select middle managers and executive staff, empowering them with the necessary authority and creating optimal working conditions.
  • Conduct performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, endorse promotional strategies, and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced setting with tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail is required due to a substantial workload.
