Product Marketing Manager

Join Lightspeed's dynamic team as a Product Marketing Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and customer engagement for our Financial Services portfolio. As a key member of our Product Marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive adoption and retention of our Financial Services products, including Lightspeed Payments and Capital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies and programs.
  • Develop and execute growth marketing initiatives to improve funnel performance and drive customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Sales, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and customer engagement through marketing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for the Financial Services industry and a deep understanding of the market and customer needs.
