Role Summary

Are you seeking a dynamic and fulfilling role within a developing team? If so, the Legault Group is the ideal environment for you. Our distribution center is poised for expansion, aiming to enhance our operations significantly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and Reception at the Distribution Center (managing visitor access and office orders)
  • Follow-up on Supplier Invoicing (creating new supplier profiles, managing approvals, and updating client records)
  • Oversee and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability of essential tools and supplies for daily operations, including items that enhance employee comfort, such as vending machine products and cafeteria necessities
  • Handle shipping logistics for e-commerce operations
  • Coordinate various events at the Distribution Center
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere during events hosted at the distribution center
  • Update and manage employee communications across all platforms, including digital displays, emails, and feedback surveys
  • Design, monitor, and update access credentials, employee timekeeping badges, and locker assignments
  • Consolidate, review, and authorize supplier invoices, credit card expenditures, and all other operational costs
  • Approve and oversee recorded hours for Distribution Center personnel and external contractors
  • Assist in the onboarding and integration of new team members
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications:
  • Possess at least a vocational diploma (DEP) or a college studies certificate (AEC) in administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with SAP software is a considerable advantage
  • Fluent communication skills in both French and English, with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Exemplary organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Exhibit analytical thinking, adaptability, teamwork, and a creative approach to problem-solving
