About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Inventory Management

Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer demand and drive sales growth. Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.

Staff Management and Training

Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure staff have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Customer Service and Quality Assurance

Ensure that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience, with prompt and friendly service. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that food and beverages meet our high standards.

Financial Management

Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.

Health and Safety

Ensure that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment, with all health and safety regulations being met.

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
