As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital.
* Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
* Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
* Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
