Customer Support Specialist Job Overview
The Customer Support Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating work order management for the Facility Management Operations (FMO) and Service divisions, ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients. This role encompasses addressing customer queries, troubleshooting problems, and overseeing the work database within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and organize documentation
- Address customer inquiries through telephone and electronic communication
- Process requests and escalate concerns when necessary
- Oversee the CMMS database and create work orders
- Record call details and generate analytical reports
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and JD Edwards is advantageous
- Typing proficiency of at least 50 words per minute with accuracy
