Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Food and Beverage Service Manager to join our team at Real Fruit Bubble Tea INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our customers and staff are protected.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
