Sweat and Tonic seeks a visionary leader to run Tonic Bar and Tonic House at The Well, driving operational excellence and team success in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

About Sweat and Tonic: Sweat and Tonic brings together boutique fitness and wellness, offering expertly programmed group fitness classes, premium spa facilities, and a luxury wellness and recovery hub. With multiple locations in Toronto and Los Angeles, we're expanding our state-of-the-art classes and immersive fitness & wellness hubs.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of Tonic Bar Team Members, Team Leads, and Tonic House Bartenders, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
  • Create and manage weekly schedules for the entire team, ensuring appropriate staffing levels for both Tonic Bar and Tonic House operations.
  • Effectively manage time and allocate resources for both Tonic Bar and Tonic House, driving after-hours success at Tonic House's cocktail bar.
  • Oversee the procurement and inventory tracking of all food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and efficiently used.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Food and Beverage to craft a long-term vision for Tonic House at The Well, incorporating seasonal promotions and menu specials.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Food and Beverage Manager to achieve monthly financial performance goals, including profitability, cost control, and sales growth.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record managing complex F&B or retail businesses with multiple revenue streams.
  • Experience training and managing team with a diverse skillset.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to balance data and intuition in decision-making.
  • Strong P&L management skills with a passion for financial performance.
  • Skilled in using software tools to optimize business operations.
  • Strong sense of ownership, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and guest experiences.
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Interest in health and fitness is a huge asset.
  • Holds valid Smart Serve and Food Handlers certifications.
