Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Service Manager to join our team at Real Fruit Bubble Tea INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage service, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the preparation, presentation, and serving of food and beverages, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient service delivery.
    • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Ensure exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Develop and implement customer loyalty programs, promotions, and events to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
    • Monitor and control costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers.
    • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
  • Training and Development
    • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff, enhancing their skills and knowledge to meet business needs.
    • Collaborate with HR to develop and implement training programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in a food and beverage service management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and customer service principles.
