Restaurant Operations Supervisor

As a Restaurant Operations Supervisor at John Street Donuts Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Assess and determine the types of services to be provided while implementing effective operational procedures.
- Manage financial transactions, including balancing cash and preparing cash reports.
- Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and regulations.
- Oversee inventory management and organization.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Contribute to marketing strategies and their execution.
- Lead and instruct team members effectively.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to optimize efficiency.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 10 individuals, depending on operational needs.
Work Environment- Fast-paced atmosphere with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Strong client focus and dependability.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Flexibility and organizational skills are essential.
- Reliability and teamwork are key to success in this role.
