Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KFC Vaughan Mills. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we always have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality control, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our financial means.
  • Communication: Prepare and communicate food order summaries to our chef, ensuring that all orders are accurate and fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Logistics: Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all food is delivered to the correct location and in a timely manner.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing a team of staff to achieve our goals and objectives.
