Position Overview

As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for both residents and staff. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing designated cleaning and sanitizing agents to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Providing assistance to residents with a respectful and compassionate demeanor.
  • Performing cleaning tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing various surfaces.
  • Following established protocols related to infection control, safety, and quality assurance.
  • Reporting any damages, concerns, or irregularities to the management promptly.
  • Engaging in team meetings and completing required training programs.
  • Cooperating with other departments in tasks like resident transfers and supply management.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in reading and writing English, with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Comfortable with physical tasks, including moving furniture and handling heavy items.
  • Able to maintain regular attendance and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Genuine interest in delivering quality care and service to residents.
  • Commitment to safety practices and procedures.
  • Completion of a Criminal Reference Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening is required.
