- Collaborate with the Director of Care to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Clinical Expertise
- Utilize your extensive knowledge of evidence-based clinical practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
- Conduct regular clinical chart audits to ensure compliance with documentation, standards, internal policies, and legislations.
- Quality Improvement
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of care to residents.
- Collaborate with the Continuous Quality Improvement Committee to develop, track, and evaluate quality and risk indicators.
- Human Resources
- Recruit, hire, and develop nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Education
- Current Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario as Registered Nurse or a Registered Nurse registered with a regulatory authority in a Canadian jurisdiction, other than Ontario, and holds in that jurisdiction the equivalent of a certificate of registration authorizing independent practice in Ontario as of right exemption Bill 60.
- Experience
