Strategic Partnerships Developer

The Educational Equality Institute, a non-governmental organization based in Norway, is dedicated to the education and empowerment of disadvantaged girls.
In light of the ongoing crisis in Ukraine, we have initiated the project: "Together for Ukraine".
This initiative provides free educational programs aimed at assisting Ukrainians in shaping their futures through education, skill enhancement, and employment opportunities.
We are in search of a driven and skilled Business Development Specialist to contribute to our mission. The ideal candidate should possess substantial experience in business development and sales management, along with a solid grasp of effective strategies, goal setting, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough online and local research to pinpoint potential partners, sponsors, and donors.
- Formulate and implement strategies to forge new relationships and expand existing partnerships.
- Collaborate with the team to produce compelling communication materials for outreach to potential partners.
- Oversee and maintain the partnership database and document all partnership-related activities.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, ideally within the non-profit sector.
- Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the capability to identify potential partners and opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with a diverse range of individuals and cultures.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Ukrainian or Norwegian is advantageous.
