If so, consider the opportunity to explore the Client Relationship Associate position. In this role, you will provide business and relationship management assistance to Investment Advisors (IAs), enabling them to offer superior service to our clients.

  • Deliver specialized business services, advisory, and program support
  • Assist IAs in developing customized solutions for clients' distinct needs
  • Build connections with existing clients, IA Bank branches, and other referral sources
  • Utilize your financial planning knowledge to aid IAs in crafting high-quality plans that exceed client expectations and foster loyalty
  • Participate in client meetings and the wealth planning process; organize client seminars/events
  • Effectively align clients with appropriate products and services
  • Uphold a culture of risk management and comply with internal policies and procedures for the benefit of the Bank
  • Monitor service quality and productivity, promoting continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and keep colleagues informed about work progress
  • Actively contribute as a team player, nurturing a positive professional team environment
Job Requirements:
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook
  • Mandatory licensing with Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) as a Registered Representative (RR)
  • Preferred: Undergraduate Degree or Community College Diploma
  • Preferred: Personal Financial Planner (PFP) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working independently, confidentially, and collaboratively in a team setting
