ORGANIZATION: BC-CfE is a renowned HIV/AIDS centre specializing in healthcare and research.
JOB OVERVIEW:The Human Resources Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by managing various administrative functions. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle sensitive information with discretion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Administer staffing processes, including scheduling and other HR-related tasks.
- Accurately input timekeeping data into the system.
- Maintain and update employee records to ensure compliance.
- Facilitate communication between teams to manage employee information efficiently.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources.
- Familiarity with employment regulations and union contracts.
- Strong skills in MS Office applications.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational capabilities, a willingness to learn quickly, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
