Senior Specialist, HR Operations Expert

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist, HR Operations to join our team at ServiceTitan. As a key member of our HR Operations team, you will play a critical role in expanding our Talent Operations and Support Operations function globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously assess and improve recruiting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and identify opportunities for process efficiencies and automation throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
- Collaborate with TA managers and leaders to enable, optimize, and standardize processes globally.
- Lead position management tracking and improvements in Workday.
- Run point on TA system renewals, vendor management, and assessment.
- Run point on reporting for TA Ops & TA (ad hoc requests).
- Lead a team of 4 Recruiting Coordinators.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in People Operations, ideally supporting HR/TA transactions and partners.
- Driven cross-functional projects and programs, and have system implementation experience.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in Workday and other scheduling tools.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Experience managing Coordinating teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and adapt to changing priorities.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $85,000 CAD - $127,000 CAD, an annual bonus, equity, and a holistic suite of benefits.
