Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Nor-Lab Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared to our high standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and supplies to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
Work Environment

As a Food Counter Attendant at Nor-Lab Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced food service environment, interacting with customers and staff on a daily basis. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and may be required to work on weekends and holidays.
