About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Dodge Industrial, Inc. in Toronto. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers in the Province of Manitoba.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and implement account plans to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Sales Strategy: Define and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Dodge/RBC mechanical products, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Competitor Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure Dodge Industrial, Inc. remains competitive.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and account plans.
  • Travel: Travel up to 50% of the time within the region to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial market.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited post-secondary institution, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is a plus.
