Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Landscape Architect to collaborate with our design team in creating innovative and sustainable landscape designs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in landscape architecture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop creative and effective landscape design solutions.
- Prepare visually compelling graphic presentations and technical reports to communicate design concepts and ideas.
- Assist in the preparation of conceptual design, design development, and construction documents, including details and specifications.
- Manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to ensure project success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Professional degree in landscape architecture from an accredited program or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a landscape architect.
- Member or Associate Member of APALA or eligibility for membership.
- Strong knowledge of BIM principles and workflows, REVIT software, AutoCAD software, Civil3D, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365 environment.
