About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at HAZOOR SINGH TRANSPORTATION INC. as an Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Reception
    • Answer and direct telephone calls and messages in a professional manner.
    • Respond to electronic inquiries and provide timely support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
    • Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as needed.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Documentation and Data Entry
    • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
    • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience and Education
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
