About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Support Specialist to join our team at Koppert Canada Limited. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide assistance with computer-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems.
  • Problem-Solving: Research and implement solutions to complex technical issues, using technical manuals and other resources as needed.
  • User Training: Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of computer systems and software.
  • Log Maintenance: Maintain a log of problems and solutions to aid in future troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
  • System Support: Provide support for business systems, networks, and the Internet, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime.
Work Environment
