About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Support Specialist to join our team at CrucialLogics inc. as a Technical Support Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical issues.
  • Training and Development: Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use our systems effectively.
  • Log Maintenance: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise other technical support workers in this group, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Business Systems Support: Provide business systems, network, and internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that users receive timely and effective support.
Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in Android, iOS, servers, security software, Mac OS, and MS Office.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Health Benefits: Eligible for dental plan, health care plan, and other benefits.
  • Work Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
