About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Banking Associate. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and prospects, identifying their needs, and providing advice and guidance on financial solutions that meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Solutions: Offer advice and guidance on a range of financial products and services, including personal banking and investment solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze customer issues and develop effective solutions, escalating complex problems to senior colleagues as needed.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Education: Completion of a relevant certification or degree program, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
