Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site/remote role for a Commercial Relationship Banker at GTA Factors. The role involves managing and enhancing client relationships, recommending and selling appropriate products and services, and analyzing financial information to assess the needs of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance client relationships to drive business growth and retention.
- Recommend and sell financial products and services to meet client needs.
- Analyze financial data to assess client needs and provide recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and compliance in the banking industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and retention.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current commercial banking experience or branch management experience at one of the 5 major banks in Canada.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide recommendations.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the banking industry.
- Experience in client relationship management and sales.
Benefits:
- Yearly salary range: $160,000 to $250,000.
