About the Role:

The Credit Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Commercial Banking team in Canada. This individual will be responsible for providing credit analysis and support to clients, as well as working closely with internal partners to ensure seamless client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Credit Analysis: Prepare credit presentations, assist with diligence, and ensure client files are complete and accurately documented.
  • Fulfilment and Funding: Coordinate efforts with clients and internal partners to ensure loan fundings are fulfilled as per customer expectations.
  • Portfolio Monitoring: Provide general support in the annual review process and other credit-related situations to maintain portfolio quality.
  • Servicing: Support the leadership team, Associate Group Lead, and Group Lead as required, and work closely with the Client Service Specialist and/or Senior Relationship Manager.

Requirements:

  • Education: College/University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Skills/Work Experience: Strong commitment to excellent client service, strong organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and working knowledge of financial statements, credit analysis, and credit structures.

Working Conditions:

The Credit Analyst will work in a standard office-based environment and may be required to work non-standard hours. No travel is required.
