This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our clients and the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive advice and support to clients and Investment Advisors, helping to deepen existing relationships and welcome new clients to the firm.
  • Identify new opportunities and help grow the business through effective client service and relationship-building.
  • Work collaboratively with the Investment Advisor team to plan and execute meetings and events for clients and prospects.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to client account inquiries and take ownership of follow-ups.
  • Support the advisory team with new client acquisition and help build and execute business plans, client segmentation exercises, and client service plans.
Requirements
  • Approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with IIROC.
  • Successful completion of the Wealth Management Essentials (WME) course or Investment Management Techniques (IMT).
  • University degree.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
