Job Title: Reservations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Northwood Plaza Hotel and Banquet Room. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and performing same duties as workers supervised.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a high level of service quality
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
