Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Superfresh Logistics Network Inc.

Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials within our network, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and prioritize work orders and instructions received from customers
  • Develop and implement plans to optimize logistics operations
  • Organize and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory management
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Compile and maintain progress reports and other documentation
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
