We are currently looking for a Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational abilities, a meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Compensation and Benefits Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation and execution of bi-weekly payroll
  • Entering new hire information, processing special pays, and updating all relevant payroll data, including wage adjustments, benefit premiums, and other employee deductions or earnings
  • Generating Records of Employment (ROE) for requested leaves or terminations
  • Preparing and submitting necessary post-payroll reports and documentation
  • Supporting Year-End payroll activities
  • Addressing employee inquiries related to payroll issues and resolving discrepancies
  • Managing employee benefits programs
  • Ensuring accurate processing of benefits enrollment and changes
  • Providing guidance to employees regarding Crestline's benefits offerings and addressing any related inquiries
  • Coordinating Short Term and Long Term Disability claims
  • Performing general administrative tasks as required

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate for the Compensation and Benefits Coordinator role will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and proficiency with payroll software
  • Familiarity with Dayforce (formerly Ceridian) is an advantage
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience in data entry, reporting, and analytics
  • Understanding of various employee benefits programs is a plus
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles is considered beneficial
