We are currently looking for a Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational abilities, a meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Compensation and Benefits Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation and execution of bi-weekly payroll
- Entering new hire information, processing special pays, and updating all relevant payroll data, including wage adjustments, benefit premiums, and other employee deductions or earnings
- Generating Records of Employment (ROE) for requested leaves or terminations
- Preparing and submitting necessary post-payroll reports and documentation
- Supporting Year-End payroll activities
- Addressing employee inquiries related to payroll issues and resolving discrepancies
- Managing employee benefits programs
- Ensuring accurate processing of benefits enrollment and changes
- Providing guidance to employees regarding Crestline's benefits offerings and addressing any related inquiries
- Coordinating Short Term and Long Term Disability claims
- Performing general administrative tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for the Compensation and Benefits Coordinator role will have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and proficiency with payroll software
- Familiarity with Dayforce (formerly Ceridian) is an advantage
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience in data entry, reporting, and analytics
- Understanding of various employee benefits programs is a plus
- Proven ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Capability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is considered beneficial
