Administrative Coordinator

As an Administrative Coordinator at Siemens Electronic Design Automation ULC, you will play a critical role in supporting the management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our Saskatoon office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars for the management team and coordinate travel arrangements, events, and meetings
  • Provide administrative support for various tasks, including generating travel and expense reports, processing invoices, and ordering office supplies
  • Communicate effectively with employees and vendors daily, and handle personal and confidential information discreetly
  • Participate in occupational health and safety activities and suggest process improvements to enhance office efficiency
  • Use MS Teams to set up conference calls and file sharing, and manage the Saskatoon office's day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and a degree or diploma
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • A car and the ability to drive are a plus, and being service-oriented and highly organized are essential
  • Ability to prioritize complex deadlines under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work full-time in person in our Saskatoon Innovation Place office
