Performance Testing Specialist

- Develop and document HL7 v2 interfaces for the Provincial PACS project and potentially other HL7 v2 integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange and system integration.
- Participate in regular status meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, test, and resolve technical issues.
- Work closely with IT professionals and business stakeholders to meet business requirements, deliver high-performance results, and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful solution implementation, aligning with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Monitor, performance-tune, and troubleshoot application and environment issues to meet high system availability standards, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Manage technical scope and client expectations, providing expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT and software development, with a strong focus on integration and system architecture.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- 3 years of demonstrated experience developing HL7 v2x interfaces with Microsoft BizTalk 2013/2016/2020, with a strong understanding of HL7 standards and best practices.
- 5 years of demonstrated experience leading technical design and technical requirements gathering sessions, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
- 3 years of demonstrated experience in application Integration design and implementation, with a strong understanding of system architecture and integration patterns.
- 3 years of experience with SQL Server Queries, SOA, RESTful API, and/or WCF programming, with a strong understanding of data modeling and database design.
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft programming languages such as C#,.NET; XML, and XSLT, with a strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
