The Project Coordination Leader is tasked with directing the organization and execution of projects or initiatives within the Northeast Health Service Delivery Area (HSDA) as specifically designated by the Senior Operations Officer (SOO).
The individual in this role offers guidance, education, facilitation, and mentorship to team members engaged in various projects.This role addresses operational challenges for projects while adhering to the standards established by the SOO and acts as the primary contact for all project team members, fostering performance enhancement and excellence in care and service delivery.
The Project Coordination Leader manages direct reports in a manner that guarantees both community-level support and project-level proficiency for the HSDA in designated areas.
This leader evaluates interdependencies and timelines of projects across the HSDA and determines the influence of these projects on other sectors within the HSDA and throughout Northern Health.
The leader aids in the planning, execution, and assessment of project outcomes, collaborating closely with the SOO and the project team to address the ramifications of any changes to ensure a smooth and effective transition.
The starting salary is projected to range from $106,026 to $132,533, contingent upon education, training, experience, and the compensation of comparable roles.
