Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Finance and Accounting professional to join our team as a Trainer and Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering courses in accounting, finance, and other business domains, as well as identifying and recommending new course offerings based on industry trends and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs in accounting, finance, and other business domains.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver courses.
  • Identify and recommend new course offerings based on industry trends and organizational needs.
  • Update course materials with new knowledge and best practices.
  • Participate in planning initiatives aimed at enhancing talent development within the Finance Service Line.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline from a reputable University.
  • Possession of relevant professional certification such as CMA, CFA, CPA, or CA.
  • Minimum of 10 years of related work experience with at least 5 years in training and development.
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated leadership in projects.
  • Ability to effectively work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
