Accounting Software Trainer Opportunity

PBS Systems Inc. is a leading provider of dealership management software, and we are seeking an experienced Accounting Software Trainer to join our team.

About the Role:

As an Accounting Software Trainer, you will be responsible for providing support and training to our customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS). This will involve assisting customers with virtual training, online and on the phone, as well as onsite training at customer locations throughout North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and develop an understanding of our software and its features
  • Develop and deliver training programs to customers on our software
  • Provide excellent support to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely manner
  • Work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored training solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with new software releases and features, and provide training to customers on these changes
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of training and support services

Requirements:

  • Experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with a strong understanding of financial software
  • 1-2 years' experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or a similar field
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a valid passport and/or US visa (if applicable)
