Job Title: Accounting Software Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems Inc. As a key member of our Dealer Management System (DMS) team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch training and support to our customers on our industry-leading software.

About the Role:

As an Accounting Software Trainer, you will be working closely with our customers to ensure they get the most out of our software, providing training and support to help them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert training and support to customers on our Dealer Management System (DMS)
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure customers have the skills and knowledge they need to get the most out of our software
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored training and support to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of training and support services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software developments and best practices to ensure our customers receive the best possible service
Requirements:
  • Experience in bookkeeping and accounting
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment or PBS is an asset
  • High School Diploma
  • Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective time management & organizational skills
  • Strong multi-tasking & prioritization
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
