Quality Assurance Manager

As a key member of the Innio team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Supply Chain Quality Management: Develop and implement quality policies and procedures to ensure that our suppliers meet our quality standards.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve overall performance.
- Quality Improvement Initiatives: Lead efforts to drive improvements in quality and cost directly with our suppliers.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Global Sourcing Specialists, Buyers, and Engineers to achieve quality and cost goals.
- Customer Satisfaction: Drive customer satisfaction through a commitment to quality and excellence.
- Travel and Teamwork: Travel as required to perform job duties, including globally, and participate in teams such as NPI, Tiger, or other teams as requested.
- Technical Expertise: A technical degree, preferably in engineering, from an accredited university or college, or equivalent, directly related experience, and a minimum of 3 years job-related experience in the quality field.
- Industrial Experience: Previous experience in working with an industrial environment is preferred.
- Leadership and Analytical Skills: Ability to drive change in a challenging business environment, strong analytical, commercial acumen, and contractual awareness.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with customers, peers, and team members, ability to work across organizational boundaries and in cross-functional and cross-regional teams throughout the business.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of manufacturing and warehousing operations/processes, experience with quality management system(s) desired, and knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software.
- Business Acumen: Knowledge of business finance.
