Job Summary:

CLevelCrossing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Grant Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of our company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to support the growth and development of our company.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and optimize financial performance.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors, board members, and senior management.
  • Identify and pursue grant opportunities to support our business objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with our accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve financial efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to our leadership team to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CFO or financial manager in a similar industry or sector.
  • Strong financial management and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including accounting and budgeting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in grant writing and development, with a strong understanding of grant funding opportunities and requirements.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements, including tax laws and accounting standards.
  • Experience working with investors and partners, with a strong understanding of their needs and expectations.
