In Member Experience, we focus on delivering outstanding service to our members, employers, and stakeholders. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the processing of daily financial and non-financial transactions, executing business processes using OMERS systems, and interacting with various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Process business processes (BPs) accurately and efficiently.
  • Be accountable for the timely processing of incoming member documents in a multi-client/multi-functional environment.
  • Perform employer/member follow-ups for missing or incomplete documents/information.
  • Review and verify documentation.
  • Collaborate with peers to ensure team, division, and corporate objectives are met.
  • Support common goals and participate in the development of innovative team solutions to issues.
  • Maintain effective working relationships within Member Experience and with other areas of OMERS.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.
  • Interest in the pension industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • High integrity and discretion to ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and diplomacy.
