The Business Analyst is tasked with defining technology requirements, conducting analyses, and engaging stakeholders for project requests and enhancements. This position also offers portfolio support, aids in prioritization processes, and generates strategic partner reports to improve collaboration across teams, budget planning, monthly reporting, and capacity tracking.

How You Will Create Impact:

  • Assist in the formulation of business cases to prioritize initiatives and fulfill project requirements, while providing follow-up analysis to support benefit realization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Business and Technology teams for effective prioritization and integrated project planning. Provide effort estimates to facilitate implementation.
  • Conduct and facilitate user sessions to gather and document business requirements (regulatory, functional, and non-functional) and address business process challenges (ensuring necessary certification and audit controls are in place). Identify solutions and/or propose alternatives to meet requirements. Escalate issues to ensure resolution.
  • Develop business process and workflow models. Contribute to the creation of data models.
  • Create and/or update user documentation, training manuals, system specifications, and other internal/external communications.
  • Deliver application training for business users on new and/or existing systems.
  • Provide application support for the installation, testing, data conversion, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of systems.
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to existing systems, procedures, forms, and workflows.

To Join Our Team:

  • A minimum of three years of relevant business/systems experience.
  • At least two years of experience in a Business Analyst role (including practical testing, requirement gathering, and facilitation/presentation experience).
  • Strong business/systems knowledge and understanding of applications, procedures, and workflows.
  • Proven knowledge of testing methodologies, principles, and the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with the capability to lead small testing initiatives.
