About the Role

Foliot Furniture is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an After Sales Service Representative - Furniture Installation. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for supervising the installation of furniture in hotels and student residences, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of furniture in hotels and student residences, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects;
  • Travel to customer sites to respond to service calls and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process;
  • Plan and assess sales needs for each facility, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue;
  • Organize and manage logistics staff to ensure seamless execution of installation projects;
  • Perform installation and assembly of furniture in hotel rooms and student residences, ensuring high-quality results and attention to detail;
  • Act as a representative of Foliot Furniture, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our company's standards are met.

Requirements

  • DEC or equivalent experience in a related field;
  • Essential bilingualism (French-English spoken and written);
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
  • Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively, working under tight deadlines;
  • Manual dexterity, resourcefulness, and autonomy, with a willingness to get hands dirty;
  • Knowledge of furniture assembly and carpentry;
  • Professional attitude and integrity, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction;
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with the team and clients;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a changing and growing environment.

Working Conditions

  • Variable work schedule on weekdays and weekends, depending on installation needs;
  • Must have a valid driver's license and Canadian passport;
  • Must be at least 21 years old to be allowed to rent cars abroad.
